"Facilities: Newly renovated. The parking lot is up a steep slope, but cars are accessible. Just be sure to keep your car's chassis supported mid-slope.
There's floor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. Altitude sickness was a bit severe at this height, so the oxygen concentrator was a lifesaver.
There's a rooftop terrace for stargazing and the snow-capped mountains, which is stunning.
Both the restaurant and the room offer views of the mountains. On clear days, the Yalong Glacier can be seen from the restaurant in the distance. Meals are available a la carte, and the prices are reasonable.
Cleanliness: Okay, acceptable for a stay in the snow-capped mountains.
Service: The owner was very welcoming and proactively explained the glacier to us, recommending which route to take based on the weather. Because it was snowing, we chose route A. Although the ice wasn't as blue, the view of the glacier amidst the heavy snow was still breathtaking."

Excellent
SsevencheeThe room is the smallest in the Songtsam series and has the highest altitude. After upgrading the room, the service is still as good as ever. Two pairs of cloth shoes are given for free, and the cloth shoes are very comfortable😄. Songtsam is a place with beautiful scenery. You can drive directly to the ancient glacier without taking a seat. The battery car in the scenic area is very convenient.
MM53311****We had just parked our car and were still strolling around outside when the hotel staff came out to help us with our luggage. They offered laundry service that evening and even dried our clothes. The next morning, even after we were already in our car when we left, they brought us some snacks. They even shoveled snow off our car during the blizzard. We were so touched; the service was amazing. We'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGuest UserThe boss family is very good, we have a traffic jam on the road late, the boss has been waiting for us, and now cook butter tea to entertain us. Prepare breakfast for us the next morning and help us arrange a play itinerary. The whole journey is very comfortable!
GGuest UserNight stay in Ranwu, selected several hotels, and finally selected a few meters, completely exceeded expectations. The proprietress is warm and thoughtful, the room environment is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, the most satisfying is the snow-capped mountains and colorful forests that open the windows in the morning, plus the quiet Ranwu Lake, which makes people sweep the road tired. 318 is worth the 5-star recommended choice on the Internet.

GGuest UserThe room is not too good. This price is really amazing. The room is really bright and bright when you enter it, and the boss is also very caring. I am worried about safety and tell us that the journey must be paid attention to. The road conditions are not good and slowly open. No matter what time the boss is waiting, the space is large and very clean. No room has been upgraded to the viewing room, it is really comfortable
HHonghonglaoshiWorthy of this price, my own home operation is already very good, I started to book the four seasons of support but the traffic jam in Basu, just entered Basu and saw the hotel I booked, surrounded by construction vehicles, worried about noisy and dust canceled, go forward to live in this, there is a yard parking can also wash the car.
