We originally booked the juiqi deluxe tub double bedroom for the night expecting the room as it was in the photos. This was not the case, the room we received had a musty smell, age was clearly visible and it was not as described in the photos. It was clear it was a room below expectations. Upon speaking with the reception staff it was said that there are better looking rooms within the juiqi type rooms similar to the photos but those were fully booked. The hotel didn’t inform us of this prior to our arrival and we were left with an inadequate room unfit for purpose. They should not have made those rooms available if they were fully booked. We expressed our concerns with the reception staff and they allowed us to view another room instead which was the lakeside tongyuan which were fit for purpose. We paid the extra difference and stayed there for the night but the experience to get to that spot wasted what should have been valuable family time. For anyone looking to stay here, as long as you get the room as described your experience will be enjoyable.

This is a highlight of the self-driving trip from Dali, Yunnan to Lijiang. It is highly recommended for families or couples driving from Dali to Lijiang. You can choose this hotel to rest and soak in the natural sulfur hot springs in Eryuan on the way. I wasn't feeling well this time because I had a cold, but after the run I felt tired and unwell.
Facilities: Exceeded expectations. I originally thought it was a high-end B&B, but I didn't expect it to be a hotel that the owner's family spent tens of millions of dollars to rebuild. The facilities are comparable to those of mid-to-high-end hotels. The room is also carefully equipped with many disposable utensils, including face towels and facial masks, which is considerate.
Environment: The scenery around the hotel is not good. There are mainly other hotels under construction. The entire area is under development, but it does not affect the use of the rooms. There is no noise.
Eating: The hotel has catering and breakfast, but the breakfast restaurant is quite cold in winter. I hope it will be adjusted in the future. There is a copper pot beef shop nearby. It is inconspicuous but the yak meat is outstanding.
Design: I have to say that the interior design of the hotel, from the design of the main pool, to every corner, the furnishing layout of the basement, the furniture gallery, and the anti-slip warning signs, is full of thought and design highlights, which made me feel the care and attention to detail. The hotel onwer's temperature, and emotion.
Service: The service staff are friendly and kind, but slightly lacking in professionalism, but overall they are pretty good.

A pure heart is the way, and retreat is actually forward!
When I came to Fengyu before, I was very fond of the open-air cultural and creative museums on the entire Fengyu land - Guliyuan Aerial Rice Field, Baiju Guojie, Dajiankou Ancient Village... This time I came to Fengyu for the second time during the National Day, and the Retreat Hall was also open to the public. , so I booked the cheapest Wuxiang Building. When we checked in, the Bai aunt asked us what time would we have dinner? I thought I had to pay for the food, but the auntie said: ”You come here for breakfast and dinner, and we will prepare the dishes for you per person, otherwise it will be inconvenient for you to go out to find food in this village!” Why are B&Bs like this now? Considerate? The rice at dinner was particularly delicious, glutinous and fragrant. It was the best white rice I had eaten in Dali in several days! Auntie said this is Fengyu No. 4 white rice. Unfortunately, it is not the season and it has not been harvested yet. Otherwise, you can take some back [laughing][laughing][laughing]

There is such a big bathtub in the room. Because I arrived late, I asked the customer service to order iced milk. The price of a bottle of 5 yuan is the same as that bought on the street. I prepared watermelon myself and it was really fun to eat it while soaking in the hot spring. Customer service will contact you in advance to inform you of the exact location. recommend.

It's a worthwhile trip to come to this newly opened hot spring hotel. The combination of the natural hot springs in Niujie and this treasure hotel is great. This hotel reminds me of Aman Dayan and Hoshinoya in Kyoto. The owner’s ingenuity can be seen in the aesthetics and construction details. The configuration of the hotel rooms is a luxury hotel-level configuration, including double breakfast, a sumptuous afternoon tea set, and my favorite health-preserving warm soup hot pot dinner. The ingredients and products are very good. The little brother in the store also showed us other rooms, each room has a courtyard with an outdoor private soup pool, which is very private.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my trip to Yunnan was Tangquanju. The hotel is located opposite the Confucian Temple in the old city, and the location is easy to find. The public areas and rooms of the hotel are very clean. Towels, toothbrushes, hairdryers and slippers are all provided. The boss was worried that we would be cold, so he specially brought new blankets. The room has central air conditioning and an independent hot spring pool. There is a small terrace on the third floor of the hotel with many succulent plants. There is a washing machine and drying area on the fourth floor, which is very convenient. The boss and his family are very enthusiastic and will tell us interesting places. On the last day of check-out, the boss enthusiastically sent us to the bus station. After living in Tangquan for two days, I felt the enthusiasm of the Yunnan people and the warmth of home.

The owner of the B&B said that the water temperature was 70 degrees, which was enough to wash away all the fatigue. In the off-season, Niujie is very quiet with few people around. The furnishings in the yard and rooms are very stylish. It turns out that the owner is also a photographer. No wonder. . . There is a book bar and kitchen available, and it is very comfortable to read, daze, and chat in the yard.
