I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here! I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

MUST COME!!! I absolutely loved this place. First off, the service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and even the cleaning aunties were super friendly. They offer free afternoon tea and a complimentary breakfast buffet, and the restaurant portions are very generous. The environment is clean and hygienic, with disposable sanitary items like toilet seat covers provided. You can also wash and dry your clothes for free. The location is a bit secluded, which means it's quiet and great for a good night's sleep. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the subway and airport, and there's an orchard behind the hotel you can explore.

The facilities are new, and most importantly, it's very clean. The breakfast is also plentiful, especially the noodles which are delicious. Plus, there's an airport shuttle bus, making travel very convenient. I slept really well; it was very quiet. The only thing is the pillows are too soft; a buckwheat pillow would have been better.

The room is very cozy, with clean linens and toiletries. A phone charger is provided. Drinks, pastries, and snacks are available for purchase at reception and in the surrounding area. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they are happy to answer any questions. They speak excellent English and can arrange transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, both at night and during lunchtime (the ride is 5-10 minutes). Зарядное устройство для телефона предоставляется. На ресепшене и в округе можно приобрести напитки, булочки и снеки для перекуса. Персонал очень чуткий и отзывчивый и помогают во всех вопросах. Прекрасно говорят на английском, помогают с трансфером от аэропорта до отеля и обратно как в ночное время, так и в обеденное, ехать 5-10 минут. За свои деньги отличное место, рекомендуем👍

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

We tried very much to communicate via translation apps. The staff was very eager to help me, but calling with other people continuously parallel on the phone.  I was a bit confused as I didn't get what I thought I would have booked on Trip.com. There was for example no breakfast buffet, instead I got two breads and a milk package.  and the room was also a different type, as they didn't have the availability. It was my first night in China and I felt like this was a bit a hotel for also doing different things as it's a bit more away from the city center and I had something on my night table, that I didn't expect. 

Returning from an overseas business trip, I booked a by-the-hour room. My flight landed in China at 5 AM, and check-in was supposed to be at 8 AM. The hotel offered a free airport pickup, and we arrived around 6 AM. The front desk lady saw it was a bit chilly that morning and allowed us to check in early. She also extended our check-out by an hour, and we got complimentary breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. What's more, it even had an electric blanket, which was a lifesaver for someone like me who's always cold! I've stayed in many hotels, but this was truly an amazing experience. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend!

It was already past midnight when I landed. I called the hotel, and the car arrived shortly after, with the driver even helping me with my luggage. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly genuine; during check-in, she thoughtfully reminded me to close the window and told me to call her anytime if I needed anything. The room was cleaner than I expected. The sheets felt very comfortable, and the bathroom tiles were spotless – I could walk barefoot on them without getting any dust on my feet. Even the showerhead was wiped clean, with no watermarks. For just over a hundred yuan, to get a room like this, the value for money is simply outstanding. The air conditioning set to 24 degrees was perfect, and the WiFi was fast enough to stream videos without any buffering. There were plenty of outlets by the bed, so charging my phone and power bank simultaneously was no issue at all. The next day, I had an early morning flight. I came downstairs at 5:30 AM, and the car was already waiting for me. When traveling, all you want is a hassle-free experience. This place not only offers free airport transfers and clean rooms, but the staff are also incredibly kind. I will definitely be back next time.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.
