Stay at this hotel during the Spring Festival holiday and experience the mixed tastes. Facilities: The facilities are okay as a whole, but the phone is bad. There is no explanation in advance. I think if there is no such thing, I may play a 1-star bad review. But the management level of the hotel is very bad! 1. When driving to the hotel, press the navigation, because there is a section of the holiday blocking, call the hotel front desk for consultation, the feedback given may be the navigation guide wrong (the navigation guide is passing by the west gate, they say it is wrong, but there is a road between the west gate and the east gate can pass), So I told the front desk to let the staff call back for guidance. I turned around and didn't receive a call for a while. I waited on the side of the road for half an hour and was really anxious. I didn't respond until I called Ctrip's complaint call. The response concluded that I didn't go wrong! Navigation is right! So I turned back again. It was delayed for more than an hour, and it was almost 7 pm to enter the room! 2. Check out the next day, inform you to check out before 12 o'clock, communicate that the family is uncomfortable and hope to extend it a little to 13:30, reply that there is no way, the attitude is very resolute. (The actual family should be infected with some low fever by norovirus, and I want to sleep again). To be honest, I will not make this request. If it is not for this special situation, there is no way to call Trip.com again. Trip.com assisted in communicating until 13:30 to check out. I have lived in more than ten hotels during the Spring Festival, this one makes me unable to comment.

The hotel is at the end of Duoyi River Scenic Area. The scenery is very good. You need to use a battery car to get in. It is the same company as the hotel in Jinji Peak Cluster, but due to different prices, the service is also different. We were the only family on the day we went. On the first day of work after the New Year, I don’t know whether the front desk was in a bad mood or because he was the boss and had a relatively cold attitude. It was in sharp contrast to the Jinji Fengcong Tent Hotel where I stayed the day before.

Facilities: perfect, hot air is very warm, cost-effective Service: I moved from the next homestay. Yesterday, this hotel was full. The next homestay was expensive. The restaurant upstairs was very good. We had hot pot for dinner.

位置：看圖1，看似好找，但看到大路邊酒店牌就轉進去是錯的，是前一個路口才對。進去之後很大，沒有指引，要到處兜圈，總之看到一塊“實事求是”的石碑，右邊的路過去就對了。最大的三棟樓其中兩棟就是酒店。 停車：沒有地下停車，也沒有門口停車，所以安排的行李需要謹慎，有可能拉比較遠。 安全性：就在黨校裏，安全是絕對沒得説的！ 衞生：相信這裏的背景管理，所以整體衞生不錯，就是發現了沒換枕頭套，打電話到前台就來幫我們換了，雖然他們説是換了，但我自己本身就是做酒店，沒摺痕有頭髮，承認錯誤不好嗎？ 設施：房間很大，有沙發也有書桌，一開始給我們的房間很大，升級了，可惜浴室滲水，弄得一下子廁所全濕了，前台馬上幫忙安排換房，這很不錯。窗外是山景，喜歡安靜的朋友不要錯過。

Our primary goal was to visit Luoping's Jinji Fengcong (Golden Rooster Hills) and its vast rapeseed fields, so we meticulously chose and booked the highly-rated Xinyuan Dream Guesthouse on Ctrip, conveniently located within the scenic area. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our spacious view room offered direct views of Jinji Fengcong. After staying here, we realized that staying within the scenic area is absolutely the best choice, saving both time, effort, and money. The guesthouse is run by a young, university-educated couple. The proprietress is a sweet, friendly, and charming young lady; her radiant smile is as captivating as the blooming rapeseed flowers themselves. They offer freshly prepared dishes and rice for all three meals, which are excellent value for money and taste wonderfully fresh and light. The owner even personally drove us to the scenic area entrance in his electric cart, which was incredibly thoughtful. Right outside the guesthouse, there's a field of rapeseed flowers (Pic 2) where every casual snap turns into a stunning photo. Public transport is also conveniently accessible right outside the entrance. I've already recommended it to all my friends on social media who are planning a trip here!

The room facilities are new, similar to the quality of a fast hotel. Clean and odorless. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient and quiet. The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!

I am very glad that I chose this inn for this trip to Luoping. The experience was really great. The overall environment of the boss's house is very good, with complete facilities and equipment. The rooms are all paved with wooden floors and have large floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a beautiful view outside the window, and you can also see the rapeseed fields in the room. Especially when you get up in the morning and look at the scenery outside, it is like a fairyland. Both the room and the bathroom are very spacious, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, making it very convenient to use. The toiletries in the room are also very complete, high-end and of good quality. I will continue to choose this restaurant next time I come to Luoping.

Poor sound insulation is dying 201! Just out of the elevator, I heard the sound of 🛏️! Entering the room is also the sound of the bed! It is also very noisy in the morning! The sound insulation is too bad! I hope the store pays attention to hygiene! Because of the rash, I checked out in the morning and went to see the linen room and the sheets. The location was changed. The hygiene was also worrying. After taking a shower, I lay on the bed and slept. I didn’t have a rash for ten minutes. I immediately changed the full package of pajamas. The place where the ankle and hand back leaked was full of red rashes! I didn't rest well at night. I got up at noon and checked out and took a shower. I went to the hospital immediately. The doctor said it was a mites or fleas bite! But the hotel facilities are still very good and very convenient! Hot water is out in 2 and a half minutes! The hotel's service is also very good at the front desk! This is nothing to say!

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were spacious and bright, the facilities were complete, and the price was very reasonable. There was a yard in the back where you could park, which could probably fit five or six cars. There was a breakfast shop on the first floor of the guesthouse, and the roasted milk was also very delicious. I stayed another night.

Maybe it’s because the mountains are too humid and the facilities are aging quickly, so the air conditioning effect is not very good. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!
