GGuest UserThis hotel has a very good online reputation and a great location, making taxis easily accessible to Fantawild and other scenic spots. Jianmin Feichang is nearby, so you don't have to go far to try the local specialty. The service is excellent, and the hotel's housekeeping service provides everything you need, including children's toothbrushes, bathrobes, bed guards, footrests, and more. [Heart][Heart][Heart] The housekeeper on our floor was incredibly helpful, offering everything from disposable bathtub covers and toilet seats to fruit and chrysanthemum tea, hand-washing detergent, and clothes drying racks. She was incredibly attentive and helpful. There's also a swimming pool on the fifth floor, and access cards are available at the front desk.
The room was very large, but facing the street, which can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended. The amenities are excellent, making it a truly excellent and value-for-money hotel in the area. Nearby shopping, snack bars, and a food court make daily needs convenient.

GGuest User房間很漂亮，大，舒適。定了兩個房型，一個是湖景雙床房，直接面向鳳凰湖，視野所及，陽光下的湖面，波光粼粼。一個是湯池房，可以泡澡。酒店有多人自行車，和小朋友一起蹬車後，泡個澡，特別解乏，長途開車後的疲憊一掃而空。
店家服務很好，擺渡車接送，晚安甜品，離店禮物，早餐很好。贊👍
去七曲山大廟祈福 店家給了很好的建議，非常好

WWennuandehaitun山上有座白牆小建築，場景很多很出片。
菜品分量足，食材新鮮。下次還要專門去山上吃吃青菜～
住的一樓有小院子，景觀也非常好。兩天根本拍不完～
衞生也收拾得很乾凈。
前台有現磨咖啡和飲品🥤
服務態度很好，晚上需要送浴巾，管家就趕緊從山下送上來。
早餐也是豐富的，坐在床上就能吃
勤快女孩超適合打卡拍照📷出片。
不經意的地方就是一張地中海大片🎶

GGuest UserOur stay with the kids was fantastic! The family room was decorated in a fun, child-friendly theme, the bedding was great, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant was very rich and varied. Xiao Li at the front desk contacted me beforehand to choose our room theme and even turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. I highly recommend this hotel for families!

GGuest UserThis stay experience was really beyond expectations! First of all, I have to praise the location of the homestay. The surrounding environment is too comfortable. It is very pleasant whether it is a walk or a view of the scenery. The air is very fresh and there is no noise in the city at all. I feel very relaxed when I live in.
What is more heartwarming is the enthusiasm of the boss, from check-in to departure, the whole process is particularly thoughtful. Take the initiative to help with the luggage, come back at night and smile and say hello to ask how the stay is, that kind of intimacy is like going to a friend's house, and the room change in the middle is also very straightforward.
The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very safe. Overall, the environment is extra points, the service is extra points, I will definitely choose this one next time I come here.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, worthy of the Ctrip 3-star rating. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, making washing convenient. The parking lot is quite large.
Cleanliness: The sheets and duvet covers were clean, and the room had purified water.
Environment: Conveniently located near restaurants and hot pot spots, though it can be a bit noisy at night due to its proximity to the road.
Service: Very warm and welcoming, with water poured upon arrival and a bowl of Tremella soup delivered to each person's room. A very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay again.

I booked a parent-child room. The space is very large. It should be the most comfortable hotel in Pingwu. Outside is the Lijiang branch. If you get up early, you can do morning running and other sports.
