Service: The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and sent fruit and snacks. After check-in, I also added WeChat, and asked some warm tips and precautions in advance; the breakfast aunt was also kind, I asked if I could pack it and let me go upstairs to eat directly.
Facilities: I chose the mountain view Zhixiang big bed room, and the clarity of the projector is not particularly high. The bathroom and washing area are very large 😂 and there is a door as a partition. One person's washing will not affect the other person's sleep at all (this is praised). The mountain view outside the window is also very beautiful, which belongs to the comfort of the small city.
There will be barbecue stalls at 8 o'clock downstairs in the hotel, but we have a full mung bean soup hahaha (continue to praise), there are supermarkets and pharmacies downstairs, and it is very convenient to buy something. (There is a Jiangxi fried fried food that is delicious)

A spontaneous self-driving tour was decided at the last minute. I booked on Friday but couldn't book on Saturday. The service of the same store was great. In order to prevent me from changing rooms, I upgraded the room. I stayed in the same room for two days. The three-sided glass curtains opened automatically. It felt so romantic to sleep on the cliff! Different fresh fruit plates were delivered every day. In the morning, I slept too much and didn't have breakfast. The boss also sent us a bowl of noodles 🍜 and extended our time to the afternoon. It was so considerate. A warm accommodation experience❤️

還有飯菜可口，食材基本上都是她們的基地自己種的，參觀了幾百畝的水果基地，聽説五月份櫻桃可以採摘了，六月份藍莓季節帶家人還要來一趟。

However, the accommodation experience was not ideal. There were serious shortcomings in the hotel's service, especially the privacy protection issues. The waiter entered the room directly without knocking, which made people feel very uncomfortable and angry. While the issue was later brought to the attention of the front office manager and a formal apology, it reflects the hotel's ongoing need to strengthen staff training and service process management.
In addition, the hotel's hardware facilities look a bit old, especially in the bathroom part. The bathtub not only looks long in use, but also poor cleanliness, which has a negative impact on the stay experience.
