One courtyard of Huizhou, half a lifetime in Jiangnan. The old house renovation was very thoughtful; opening the window reveals a beautiful, quiet, and healing view. It perfectly embodies the slow pace of life in Huizhou, blending ancient charm with modern comfort. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all modern amenities, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was authentic and full of local flavor. Staying here when visiting Huizhou Ancient City is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

The room, which cost less than 200 yuan, was much better than I expected. The inn is perfectly located, just to the right of the Xuguo Stone Archway as you enter from the Huizhou government office. The young, friendly, welcoming, and attentive innkeeper proactively contacted us before arrival, turned on the air conditioning, and provided directions and transportation. He also owns a restaurant and a shop across the street, and offers a complimentary cold drink with your stay. The inn is an old Huizhou-style building with a wooden staircase and excellent cleanliness. There's a terrace on the third floor, and the view of the Xuguo Stone Archway and Huizhou Ancient City from Chaoyangli is truly breathtaking. This inn is highly recommended for any visit to Huizhou Ancient City.

The host was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The food was delicious – we enjoyed a casual dinner of various wild greens and fresh vegetables, and breakfast was substantial. Our chicken soup for lunch the next day was fantastic, and all meals were very reasonably priced. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it truly feels like you're staying right within the scenic area. We even saw passing tourists stop by to look around and take photos. Mornings offered fresh air, and nights were filled with stars. It was peaceful all day, with almost no noise besides birdsong. There's a large viewing platform, perfect for capturing photos and soaking up the sun. A 10-minute walk up a path behind the hotel leads to stunning terraced fields and canola flower fields, making a trip to Meiganling practically unnecessary. The rooms are spacious and all feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. If you arrive by high-speed train at Sanyang Town, a taxi will get you here in just over ten minutes.

The location is exceptionally strategic where it is easy to roam around the village or to get the view of the village from the opposite side. The owner is very nice, soft-spoken and came out to pick me up after my driver gave him a call in advance. He also introduced to me several strategic spots to take pic while on the way to the hotel but at that time I was too tired to pay attention. Meals i.e. dinner and breakfast were with them, and I would say it is excellent especially breakfast comes with an exceptionally great view.

We brought the kids to play in the water during summer vacation. After spending two days in Jixi, we came to this guesthouse. The road up the mountain is a bit winding, and there aren't many entertainment options nearby, but it's a great choice for water activities. The owner took us to a water park about a 15-minute drive away. It was quiet and not crowded, giving us a private experience – so much fun! The owners, a husband and wife, were very nice, and their two kids weren't shy at all. We went on a weekday, and we were the only guests, so they upgraded us to a room with a view for free. The room was well-equipped, clean, and quite spacious. We'll definitely come back next year!

I have been to the Bird's Nest in Sanya before, and the experience was nothing special. However, Jiangshen Caoge left a profound impression on me. Everything was just right and impeccable. I once thought this place was managed by a group. , and later I asked the staff whether it was true, so I felt that the boss must be a caring person, which makes this place feel so warm and relaxing. Thanks to all the employees here. Their service is based on the customer's consideration. Because my husband's foot was injured and it was inconvenient to go to surrounding towns, the buyer helped us buy food and medicine, and delivered them early in the morning before leaving. A big brother helped us carry our luggage until we were put on the boat. The chef's skills have never been forgotten to this day. It made me, a northerner who went to Anhui for the first time, feel the enthusiasm and hospitality of Anhui people. I think I will do it in the future. The parking lot is ample, the service is very good, and the room layout and facilities are very comfortable. It is worthy of being an old star hotel, which is incomparable to new hotels and B&Bs. It's a pity that I was so busy visiting the ancient city of Huizhou and buying She inkstones that I didn't think of taking a few photos of the hotel, but I personally think this should be the best hotel in She County, no doubt about it. I will definitely stay here next time I come, it's the best choice!
