I think this is what a true 5-star hotel feels like; it was an incredibly good experience. The hotel breakfast was luxurious, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean! The staff were also incredibly kind. I've stayed at other 5-star hotels around the world, but I can confidently say this was the best among them. You can also see the poolside from the balcony, which is very relaxing. The water pressure was good, no issues there. I'd definitely want to come back here just to stay at this hotel again.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

Great hotel for a family vacation! The location is peaceful, with breathtaking views of Mount Merapi and Prambanan Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is nice, although the water could be a bit warmer. The hotel facilities are decent and well-maintained. Breakfast was just okay. There was a good variety of choices, but I think the quality could be improved. The hotel is quite far from downtown Yogyakarta, but getting around isn't a problem since ride-hailing services are readily available. Overall, it's a great choice for families looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

Amazing hotel, with excellent service. It was our first trip to Yogyakarta and I think it’s a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool, gym, and outstanding food. Overall, highly recommended. 

If you're looking for White Lotus kinda vibe, this is the one! I really enjoy staying here! You also eligibe to have complimetary photoshoot from the hotel. The room is spacious with Gunung Merapi view is breath-taking. You also can have Gunung Merapi view when you dine at hotel's restaurant.

Clean, good view n staff helpful

The hotel is quite good, fun, the pool is large, the rooms are a bit old but still safe enough for a slightly crowded Eid holiday.

It is very pleasant to stay at Crystal Lotus, especially for the Jogja area who will take the CPNS test at BKN.
