The staff haddou uncle is very good, the hotel is in the small alley of the main road in the old town of Fez, the uncle gave us a map, tell us the location of the various attractions, we try to extend the main road, otherwise it is easy to get lost. Breakfast is served on the terrace, very good. Going early the next day, Uncle also packed up the breakfast and brought it to us on the road. BRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast was superb! The location is good, not far from Medina and Blue Gate. No one answered the phone number of the hotel, and the facilities were relatively old, especially the messy roof. It is a traditional house that Europeans and Americans like.

They are very pleasant and listen patiently and try their best to help you. Every night, the two front desk staff will cook dinner in the kitchen and invite me to eat for free. 我訂的是最貴的一間，帶大露台。去了才發現民宿沒有游泳池，露台是分開的，衹是一個小陽台。 照片比實際差很多，樓梯很窄，我的房間很高，行走不方便。前台收了我 100DH 的税錢。本來應該是 30DH，她沒有給我剩餘的錢。不建議訂這個民宿。女前台給人的感覺不太好，整個民宿透漏着點詭異的感覺
