YYuanyunizoubiantianyaExtremely satisfied with our apartment stay. Although there was no prior email confirmation for check-in, and no front desk staff upon arrival, I had to contact hotel customer service online for instructions. It was an entirely contactless service, where we retrieved our room cards automatically, which was convenient enough. The apartment itself was very much like a two-bedroom, two-living room layout, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of the Petronas Towers. The room was very clean and decorated in a warm and romantic style. The two bedrooms are perfect for families or friends traveling together. The apartment is very close to the subway, making travel easy. There's a smoking area downstairs and a small convenience store on the 8th floor. The biggest surprise was the infinity pool on the rooftop, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur – absolutely delightful.

Great
GGuest UserDisappointing but forgivable.
First of all, the location is perfect, with access to landmarks and malls.
However, everything is what you will not expect from a five-star experience as the listing indicates.
The reception was fine but not very informative and friendly. The appliances were high-end brands but lack instructions. The towels had strings sticking out which make them seem dated despite the clean appearance.
The functionality is the worst. The shower is only hot on the first day of our 3-night stay, and the shower head is stained. The hob is functional but had a hidden switch that was found only after the receptionist called housekeeping because she doesn’t know about it. Speaking of housekeeping, they dress casual which makes them unidentifiable and unprofessional.
The kitchenware were even worse. The knife is so dull it can’t cut through garlic, the two pair of chopsticks came in three different lengths, the wine glass has dried up wine in it, the pan had grease in it, and the oven comes with no mittens or tongs, so the heated food is untouchable. It seems that someone that has never cooked set up the room.
Other than that, some details make us feel like they want to cheap out. The shampoo and body wash were so diluted it’s like when it’s almost used up and you add some water to make it last longer.
The overall experience is forgivable only because they are cheaper than others. The property itself is also fine. The swimming pool is not the cleanest but the jacuzzi is nice and the view from the rooftop is great. The restaurant is average, with a very limited selection of food and unprofessional but friendly staff. There were no assigned seats and every table was set up differently, so it’s a bit confusing when we entered.

GGiaHad a great stay at Societe Hartamas. The person in charge, Ali, provided excellent service, very helpful and responsive. The studio was spacious and clean. There’s a washing machine in the room and detergent is provided, which is super convenient for long stays. Plenty of good food options within walking distance, and there’s also a mini market at the lobby floor. Overall, very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended!
AAxAx5Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms, complete amenities. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for cleaning and they don't change the towels. Luckily, we only stayed for two days; if we had stayed longer, we would have had to hire a cleaning service again. The Trip.com listing said cleaning was included every day, which was a little disappointing. Everything else was great. The hotel view is amazing and the swimming pool is beautiful.

Very Good
GGarfieldtangI received a warm welcoming from the owner at the front lobby although checking in late. His friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage and showed me the room, totally impressed with the cleanliness, and unique Loft-designed apartment. The living hall on lower floor was well decorated with three sofas, a working table, a dining table supplemented with fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils and mineral water as well. The master bedroom on upper floor was spacious and comfortable with double wardrobe and air conditioner. Plus point was the amazing panoramic city view from the apartment. Access cards been given to ensure security and breakfasts were provided daily. The location was strategic, easily accessible to KLCC and Ampang area. Overall, this suit was a heaven, by its name, strongly recommended to all travellers (solo or couple or business or families) in KL.

Good
MMahri JanThe hotel in Kuala Lumpur was decent, but the poor service at check-in left a bad impression. The staff were quite unfriendly. We were charged an extra fee to check in early, even though our room was available and my mother was very tired. It felt inflexible and unwelcomed, especially given the circumstances.
AAnteepeeNice and very strategic place but a few things to take note of, the host does not have a self check in, and don’t have a check in counter as well, have to wait for a while for the service staff to come down for check in. The tower has 48 levels but only 4 lifts in service hence it always takes forever for the lift to arrive.

GGhia GumabonGood location a few step ur inside the mall, lots of good restauran nd good quality clothes.room is big nd spacious family enjoy staying therw
GGuest UserWe booked this apartment the last minute but encountered no problem. The hotel was located in an excellent location, being very close to the TRX mall and within walking distance to Pavilion. For the price we paid, the apartment was definitely worth it's value. The apartment itself was sufficiently equipped with amenities for our stay, and had a smart TV as well. We didn't encounter any problems with the apartment and it was very clean. The host himself was welcoming and easy to communicate with, and was able to help us check in with minimum fuss. I would recommend staying here to any others looking for accomodation in a strategic location.
