The hotel is very idyllic on the beautiful Czos Lake and has direct access to the sea. Ideal for guests who like to take a walk on a well-developed coastal road. The rooms are convenient and easy to equip. The cleanliness was not in the case. I would like to highlight the food that was always rich and tasty. Unfortunately, there were also less beautiful impressions and experiences. There was a staff member in the restaurant and its service staff who felt very unfriendly, and some of them unhellablely negative. The lady concerned spoke very well and without acent and, according to my research, belongs to the direct environment of hotel management. The lack of typical courtesy bottles such as “please” or “Thanks”, as well as a greeting, took place throughout the week. I would like to put another example here. At the evening bread, a older man stood before me, who had apparent problems by physical constraints, to reach the very deep limestone. I helped him and lifted the slice somewhat up to facilitate him withdrawal. I was then directed and acted with a sharp sound. We would like to point out once again that all other staff of the service staff were excluded from this criticism. There was no objection. Always friendly, premature and polite. Of course, not only we have made these negative experiences. As a consequence, a large part of our group left the “Mazuria” in the evening and preferred to leave the evening in the neighbouring hotel, on the beautiful terrace. For example, for reasons I cannot make a further recommendation for “Mazuria”. Great location is not always enough...

I booked a junior suite, the room size was ok, the hotel reception was very welcoming, the hardware was average, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet space was good but the shower room was small and crowded; the restaurant tasted average but the price was very affordable. The point is that the feeling of this hotel is really difficult to describe. It is said that it is a castle hotel but not a stone castle built in the English style. After getting off the car, the two doors that entered the reception desk opened automatically. It felt like going to Hogwarts Castle in Harry Potter; but after checking in, it felt like I walked from the front desk to the room.
