Great restaurant with a lovely location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is heated, which makes swimming enjoyable, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place deserves it. The service was shockingly slow from start to finish. When we arrived, it took over 30 minutes just to get our sunbeds — and that’s after paying a $35 entrance fee. Even then, there were no tables or umbrellas available, so we sat under the blazing sun with no shade. At lunch, things somehow got worse. Staff were unresponsive and inattentive. Our food took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, several items were wrong. The quality of the food was average at best, which made the wait even more frustrating. Even poolside service was a disaster — incredibly slow, with no sense of urgency or customer care. The entire day felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. For the price, you’d expect at least basic hospitality. Instead, we got a disorganized, frustrating, and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not worth it.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful, I want say a special thanks to Mr. Baaklini . We enjoyed the room & Pool . We loved this place and will see you soon in winter season.

Very friendly staff, food, cleanliness and service were perfect. We enjoyed our stay. We felt at home. We enjoyed the pool, and all activities at the club: ATV, pedalos, bikes, hiking. We wil see you soon with our friends.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly. I visited this place in september with my wife. We enjoyed the room & breakfast. Food and service were outstanding not to mention the cleanliness. We loved this place and will see you soon in winter season.

I highly recommend this hotel: amazing staff service especially Elie in the breakfast area and both Elie & Ralph in the reception ! Room was perfect with amenities .. Pool is great and very clean.. Perfect hotel and location! As for the breakfast, it is diversified, fresh, nice display and yummy!!! Will come again for sure ..
