The hotel appeared to be very quiet - not many other guests were there. The fridge didn’t work & I was unable to turn off the bathroom lights unless I switched off all the electricity. The toilet had dirt around the water level as though it had not been used for a long time. There was not much to do in the town On the plus side I found a great little restaurant just across the street

The service does not speak English but they speak Chinese. English simply is not common in that part of Lao. But the rooms are very comfortable and also the location of the hotel is great, with a supermarket right in front of it. Can definitely recommend it!

It's supposedly the best hotel in Mengsai, but for Chinese tourists, it's only a three-star standard. The facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is so-so; the chairs were black even after wiping them with a wet wipe. The shower temperature was also difficult to control, fluctuating wildly. It's barely a place to stay.

Located in the center of town, very convenient. Almost everywhere is accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and the showers and Wi-Fi are good. It would be even better if the staff made an effort to speak English.

I booked this hotel after getting off at Oudomxay Train Station and exploring other areas. I stayed at this hotel after my visit. The proximity to the train station made it a great option for exploring the surrounding area. However, the lack of breakfast was a bit disappointing.
