Started with offering a twin room when we had booked a king room. Managed to get that changed. Then the night manager said we owed more for the room. Needless to say we didn't pay, he then ignored us for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was ok

[Cleanliness] This is probably a larger hotel in the area. The cleanliness was above average. Nothing particularly bothersome. [Location] It's close to the city center. Renting a motorbike makes it even more convenient. There's no convenience store, but a large Chinese supermarket is a short walk away. There are two massage parlors nearby. [Service] The breakfast menu is limited, but edible. Other than that, there was nothing particularly noteworthy. I thought this hotel only spoke Chinese, but there was an English-speaking man working at the front desk during the day. This may have just been the time of year. [Facilities/Amenities] Nothing particularly bothersome. The shower was unusual; it took a while for the hot water to turn on.

The towels were white and warm. The room was clean. The reception staff couldn't understand simple English, which was a major drawback. Breakfast was poor. Be careful as the floors were slippery.
