一進屋，一股酸抹布味，老闆説是他噴的醋消毒，我們開窗出門放了四個多小時回來後還有味道，掀開被味道更大，廚房裡還有蟑螂，太晚了不能換地方了，就對付一夜早早離開了，老闆下樓接的我們，服務態度很好

設施齊全，像長租公寓，基本跟圖片一模一樣，洗衣機冰箱什麼都有，衞生間是乾濕分離的特別好。樓層高看過去屋頂都是雪好好看，走路去火車站近。就是老闆好像三十幾個房，我們這個房間可能一段時間沒有人住，有點小灰，問題不大，特別推薦～

老闆很不錯，還給換了大房間，很愉快的一次體驗，就是定位稍微偏了一點點，希望老闆改一改定位，不要訂到樓後面了。
衞生：挺乾淨。
服務熱情，老闆下樓來接的。

房間整體來講還可以，但是衞生條件感覺較差，設施稍顯老舊，屋內有淡淡的類似潮濕的異味，其它的還算可以吧

位置不錯，離高鐵站和汽車站非常近，趕早晚車方便，旁邊就是東一步行街，吃飯非常方便 ，入住得先聯繫老闆接，高層電梯需要刷卡。

床墊舒適，有廚房可以做飯，空間很大，地段不錯離火車站很近適合第二天趕火車，樓下就是步行街飯店很多，網絡流暢，電梯需要刷卡安保很給力
