酒店緊臨火車站符近，在出站口右前方大概二、三百米的地方。前台的美女説話和氣，服務員待人熱情周到，樓下吃飯點較多，非常方便。房間的衞生乾淨整潔。

浴室臟；上一位顧客用的牙具、紙巾沒有替換，牙具袋，也就是垃圾，沒有收走，留下的沐浴露也還在；為新顧客放置洗髮水、沐浴露的地方，留有黏糊液體；枕套被其他顧客燙壞,床單被褥較臟。
另外、尤其😡，整理房間的阿姨很兇、很兇😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

房間裝修，服務態度還是挺好的，但設施有點兒老舊，洗臉池發黃，拖鞋上有水，衣服架晃動沒法晾衣服，距離火車站和步行街都很近，方便坐車，逛街。

離火車站特別近就在對面，樓下交通特別方便，各種小吃都在附近，商場也在附近，步行五分鐘

服務不行，因為有八十多歲長者，洗澡間沒有防滑地墊怕不利於安全，提醒服務枱男生能不能找個防滑墊，他説沒辦法。房間牀頭櫃插座鬆動無法充電。沙發臟毛巾破爛，給服務枱男生反映無動於衷。衞生間排水不暢有異味。

酒店設施比較陳舊，衞生紙就給一小小卷，但是位置好啊，就在牡丹江火車站對面，步行5分鐘的路程，附近小吃也不少，還算滿意吧。
