Location was great. Right opposite the train station.
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away.
The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter.
The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking.
Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

You can check the time to take the train and get off the train to the hotel. It is comfortable. The front desk sent breakfast, which is very considerate. The only flaw is that Mudanjiang has been warming up in the past two days. The room is 28 degrees, but the air conditioner does not have cold air. The hotel said that it has just warmed up and the air conditioner is not ready, so they sent a fan.
