我們晚上11點左右到達酒店，酒店前台沒有人，等了一會兒回來人了，第二天早晨發現酒店裡麪沒有沐浴液，就打電話讓前台送了來，第二次又發現衹有兩副牙刷，就又打了電話，前台很無奈的説，你們到底説沒説完，這回還有別的嗎？我説沒有了，等他送來的時候我告訴他。我説這裏衹有兩個牙刷，不是我們故意要麻煩你再送一趟，他站在門口我已經關上了門，他還站在門口説我給沒給你送吧。用質問的語氣問了我兩遍，我把門關上了，他仍然在門外一直説一直説非常打擾我的心情。不建議來。

距離萬達很近，很方便，對衞生有要求的，慎選。酒店裡的薰香味道很重，受不了香料的會不舒服。
床品、毛巾用品等，看起來不很乾凈

我們是自駕來東北旅遊的這一站剛好到了牡丹江選擇這個酒店是看他圖片很新然後也很便宜就覺得很有性價比，就萬萬沒有想到會給自己增添那麼多的煩惱和困擾這個酒店已經差的不能再差了 是第一次入住也是最後一次了首先一進來前台的態度就非常非常差 擺個臭臉給誰看呢？？然後這個房卡 每一次回來都要去前台重新刷 她説是消磁了！但是我沒有把房卡和其他的卡放一起 就在口袋 前兩天都是這樣 最後一天給換了一個房卡就沒事了！離譜了 前面都説是我問題（一個胖一點前台説的） 接下來 入住了酒店的床單和枕頭都是臟的 不是一處不乾淨是多處！ 告知前台 態度還很差！！我們直接換了自己的床品 （然後給了2可樂）連道歉都沒有！！！ 不是給個可樂就能解決的 連最起碼的道歉都沒有？？ 這個酒店的態度是真的太差了 尤其是前台有一個胖的女生好像還帶個眼鏡 服務不能再差 這是你的工作 要是有氣請你也不要發在顧客身上 真的很生氣！這就是熱情東北人對待顧客的熱情發生嗎？給我臉色看呢？ 希望酒店老闆能好好的培訓一下員工吧 酒店雖然便宜價格不高但是既然是服務行業就要有服務行業最基本態度 謝謝 後來經理跟我電話説 他們不需要尊重我？保持對待每個人的尊重應該是最基本的吧？我後來説我會寫評價的他們就着急了 一直不停的給我打電話
真心建議要考慮這個酒店的朋友們 要考慮好噢 謹慎！ 快避雷吧 能不住就別住了！趕緊換酒店吧

我保證我不是託，因為我來他家好幾次了，依然是這麼乾淨温馨，每間房都有窗户 剛進屋很香 香薰味道很好聞 住着特別方便，坐椅板凳啊，樣樣都齊全，吃東西特別舒服，不像有的地方在茶几上吃，撅着吃，特別難受，這個坐在大凳子上吃飯很舒服，衞生間也是獨立衞浴的，洗澡也是特別的方便， 主要是樓下停車也方便，旁邊就是萬達，晚上關上燈，看着看着電影吃點兒外賣小燒烤，沙發躺着也特別舒服，因為特別寬，我每次來都住這兒，推薦大家來可來...

房間的設計充滿了現代感與實用性，佈局合理，空間寬敞。床鋪的舒適度簡直無可挑剔，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭的高度也恰到好處，讓我一夜好眠，徹底擺脱了旅途的疲憊。房間內還配備了各種便利設施，如高速網絡、智能電視、舒適的沙發等，讓我的休閑時光更加愜意。
特別值得一提的是，酒店的服務團隊真的非常用心。無論是客房服務還是餐飲服務，都展現出了極高的專業素養和服務意識。有一次我臨時需要一份文件打印，客服人員不僅迅速幫我解決了問題，還主動詢問我是否需要其他幫助。

住過很多家酒店 感覺這家金朵商務酒店是數一數二的了 房間設施乾淨 很新 衞生方面也很到位 酒店的前台小姐姐也非常熱情 記得我的耳機不小心丟在酒店了 他們也是第一時間聯繫到我請很快給我郵寄過來給我 酒店的阿姨們也都非常熱情的打招呼 酒店的性價比還是非常高的 簡直太喜歡了 酒店的旁邊也有很多美食 吃飯啥的非常方便 出行打車比較方便 離萬達廣場也比較近 可以讓外賣員送上樓 這一點簡直是我這種懶人最喜歡的啦 一家綜合都非常不錯的酒店 愛了 以後來牡丹江還會光顧

全方位無死角的乾淨，性價比超級高，值得推薦老顧客了，每週都來，非常值得，樓下是免費的公共停車場 距離萬達步行兩分鐘就到了 非常方便 不愧評價這麼高，可以算是實至名歸了，前台小姐姐的服務態度也很好 很熱情 這次住店體驗非常好，價格公道，下次還會再來的
