The service is very slow and they don't answer calls easily (we may have been in the busy season), but that doesn't excuse the delay and the lack of response from the room. The in-room dining is by no means up to five-star standards. The room is spacious but not exceptional (we booked the lowest category). We asked them to arrange a birthday party for us, and they obliged. Thank you. The hotel has an excellent location within Marassi Galleria.

Very attentive staff for my daughter’s birthday and our anniversary! our son had a phenomenal time at the Kids Club! Thank you for the truly unparalleled hospitality ! Really cannot fault this hotel on any aspect, they have been outstanding on every front !

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.. Place ia very nice abd relaxing.. Beach have a nice place to spend with but more convinient if you will put changing room or comfort room in the beach area.. Because its a bit far.. Many thanks to all staff especially in the qix club kida loves playing there and doing crafts.. Many thanks to melfie, jenter, and jenny
