Mr.Aswin tiwari manager front office is absolutely manneless person he doesn't know how to talk lady customer and literally shouting on my wife and told if you don't like our services why you are staying here and he is pressuring to pay out standing amount as it was delayed by 30 min then given time and he order reception guy to stop supplying electricity in room at 9:00 pm he even didn't bother how will a lady customer stay in room with her two kids without electricity. The worst person has ever seen in hospitality industry and his tone of talking with lady customer seems he is owner of property and did not care for customer who is staying since last 28 days, management has to look into matter seriously to save their such lovely property hope management will look into matter seriously. Sujith duty manager provided us with tailor made multiple stay at GCC. Our connections with GCC club hotels since 2002, we have seen state of art improvements. Very comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, authentic buffet breakfast, very helpful staff catering to whatever we need. Thank you to all staff who have made our stay memorable

The GCC Club is a very old establishment in Mira Road that has become very popular over the years. Recently this property has become a hotel and the activities - badminton, squash, gym, swimming, table tennis , pool etc have been shifted to a new club house building nearby. The restaurants, banquet hall and a swimming pool still remain here. We had some hours to kill and enjoyed at the Olivia all day dining bar.

The service was excellent. Housekeeping ever prompt. Tech support very prompt. Experienced an intercom failure during the stay. Promptly were provided alternative phone nos untill snag resolved. Food tasty but quite expensive. Special mention of Ms.Alisha, Ms Naval and Mr. Sangvi.

Excellent staff and excellent coordination with excellent food and cleanliness excellent pool the way they coordinate even for small things is one of the best with spacious room one of the perfect for any function involving birthday parties and marriages
