B&B Hotel Mulhouse Centre Reviews

I liked the hotel. Location is good. Only missing part is slippers.

The hotel was in the city center in a very nice place and about 5 mins walk to beautiful cafes in the city center.

Clean floor, enough towel for everything, 15 minutes away from the train station so nicely situated.

Average cleanliness at reception, with visible cockroaches. Decent room, but wooden planks instead of a box spring. Basic breakfast, paid parking outside the hotel.

In the evening we were welcomed by Adam, a very friendly gentleman, appreciated the cleanliness of the room and an excellent breakfast!!! We also liked the proximity to the tram! We will come back!

This BB Hotel is super conveniently located right next to the tram station and just three stops from Mulhouse Train Station! While BB hotels are often a bit dated and not particularly clean, it was absolutely fine for a one-night stay. The room had a large TV and a super comfortable bed, and the breakfast was excellent. It was a great value!

The air conditioner in our room was broken. There was no toilet paper or blow dryer. We got it from reception in exchange for ID. The noise from the elevator was very loud in the room. The location is very good, there is plenty of parking, the beds are comfortable. If I were to come again, I would prefer a place away from the elevator.

The staff is super welcoming, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, the rooms are small, that's a fact, but they could at least have a towel for their feet after showering... also, one of the bedside lamps was broken but worked. Breakfast is very basic, with burnt pain au chocolat and croissants, which is a real shame for a French specialty if you're hosting foreigners! Also, a group had just arrived before our arrival, so all the tables were dirty and the floor was also covered in crumbs, etc. Oh yes, and of the two fruit juices available from the machine (apple and orange), there was only one left by 9 a.m.
