The toilet paper is very poor, the quality is not good, and it also sheds residue.

방 유리가 깨져있구 청소제대로 안해줘요ㅠ 이불도 걍 대충 펴주고 수건만 바꿔주고 쓰레기통만 치워주는 호텔입니다 친절함도 3성답지않게 너무 불친절하고 모든공간 심지어 엘리베이터안에까지 담배를 피는 사람 봤어요 그거에대해서 관리 하나도 안하네요 다른방에서는 문열고 담배피고 밤늦게까지 시끄러워도 관리안하고 수압도 약해요 ㅠ 담배안피는분한테 비추입니다 외국인 받는다고했는데 막상가니 직원이 어쩔줄 몰라하고 비와서 우산대여도 안됩니다 가격비해 너무 별로네요

打掃衞生大姨聽不見喊不用打掃，直接往屋子裡闖，一個勁的喊聽不見地毯很臟，但是可以忍受。已經是那最好的賓館了，空調很吵，前台小姐姐人特別好當時忘記投訴保潔了

本來是覺得這應該是最好的酒店了，結果住進去後兩個房間都冰涼，走廊倒是挺熱乎，不知道這酒店咋整的，長者住那一宿差點沒凍感冒了，屋裡温度計顯示挺高，體感温度太低了，跟親戚家裡的温度差距太大了！前台服務還行，但是體驗感太差了！不知道是不是個例。住這酒店得多點衣服了

在家鄉這個地方這是唯一一個還可以的酒店了，畢竟人口較少，再多的投資意義也不大，酒店房間隔音不太好，情侶選房間的時候儘量選套房，套房離走廊門遠
