Pretty nice hotel. For a 4 star hotel it is definitely about same level as some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai at half the price. Lots of freebees throw in too. Good location near the airport. One slight bad thing would be the soundproof of the room is not that good.

The Leela is a Luxury hotel close to the airport and in the heart of the city. It is well known brand for its architecture , luxoruous amenities & Superb service. Some of the highlights : Rooms : The rooms are spacious having a good vibe, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. Some of the few facilities that we loved : Amazing swining pool , lovely fountain, well equiped gym . Superb lounge. Service: Leela is known for great service the hotel staff treated us very well. Service by Pratmesh was commendable. Chef Rupesh , Chef Vivek were allways made us feel special. Chef Deepak guided us well about good healthy food with Less oil, no maida , low cholesterol food. Although it is pricier than ***y other 5stars, the experience may make you overlook it.

It was an great experince at sofitel mumbai bkc, I like to appriciate the club lounge team they are like family to us, We enjoyed each and everyday in the lounge special thanks to Prit and His team Mayur, Nikhil they are just fabulous in there work, Passionated to words!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

High-end hotel, good value for money. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Close to the airport and the surrounding environment is excellent.

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. I hope next 3 weeks during my stay, I ll gain some good muscles 😉😉. Thanks to Holiday Inn,Mumbai for having a professional Gym Trainer.

located within terminal 2 of CSMI airport mumbai. stayed overnight on friday 2/6/23 the room was comfortable food was excellent in the restaurant service by staff very good - vedanth in the restaurant was well ***nered and polite would recommend anyone wanting to stay overnight at the airport in mumbai

The room is quite old, it is said to be the former Intercontinental Hotel. There are wild dogs howling and fighting outside in the middle of the night! The hotel has a large patio with a pool inside, so there are a lot of mosquitoes! The service attitude is very good! Just in time for Miss India's state-level competition, I finally saw some legendary Indian beauties!

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...
