The room is well-equipped, with a charming, vintage feel. The breakfast spread is generous, offering a full selection of fruits, bread, and coffee. Security is very high; it's my first time staying at a hotel where you have to go through a security check and luggage has to pass through an X-ray scanner.

We have landed and arrived over midnight and front staff was quite nice to us. would like to mention to Breakfast team especially Mr. Tammoy (if my spelling not wrong) was helping us surprise birthday to my cordially colleague bringing a cake with lighted candle. So much appreciated that! Food were amazing definitely highly recommended for breakfast or lunch buffet!

Amazing stay right in the heart of BKC — walkable to restaurants, shops, and even a cinema. Elegant room, spotless, super comfortable bed. Staff were warm and helpful throughout. Perfect base for exploring Mumbai, whether for business or a quick city break. Would definitely stay again!

Sofitel is an excellent choice in BKC. Walking distance to Jio World and close to airport. Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, staff is caring and helpful. Price for our stay was reasonable for a 5 star property. Definitely can stay again.

Overall clean, just a bit old. The phone buttons didn't work. The location is a real winner though.
