Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai Reviews

The hotel has a nice rooftop bar where you can see Mumbai’s beautiful night lights. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The location is quite good and is right across from the Metro and close to Phoenix Palladium mall where you can get all the brands and dining options. Nice welcome snacks and fruits also in the room. In room dining was great.

In total stay was great. I wish breakfast can be more non vegetarian

The facilities were very good, but most importantly, the service was fantastic! Almost everyone from the reception to the doormen were friendly and helpful. Too bad the pool was closed during my stay.

Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. Keep up the standard and service, 4 Seasons Mumbai would be the first choice next trip to Mumbai. 👍 Thanks Chirag of housekeeping! Mike

The hotel is in Worli, with a great shopping mall a short walk away. Breakfast was great, and the room service was also very attentive. There were some refurbs while we were there, which meant no pool, but the Gym was small but well kept. The bed and Furniture were super comfy, and the room was spotless. Location is in the middle of Mumbai, so it's easy to get to Colaba and Bandra from here. Great Value overall.

As i go for Lollapalooza , it is the good location which is close to the venue. Got the corner room with the big window and the room was clean. All staff is helpful.

It lacks a bit on facilities for being a FS but service is top notch as you can expect.

Very good customer service. Staff were very supportive and accommodating towards my nephew who has Down’s syndrome and couldn’t wear closed shoes because of his surgery. They said it was ok for him to go to the rooftop bar even without dress code

Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. Would rather stay in fairmont near the airport. However roof top bar is the only plus.

The sound system was not working properly and no one knew to fix it .

Great stay at the FS Mumbai. Lives up to its brand name. While a lot of the hotel is under renovation and construction, it’s still a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons in Mumbai for 3 nights. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our room very much. The room was very modern and had all the creature comforts you would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was good especially at the concierge. We were offered a lot of great advice on where to go and what to do. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
