,The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures.

This hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. The rooms are decent, but the amenities are terrible. There was no fridge in the room to keep water cold, especially with temperatures at 32 degrees. After requesting one, they brought a broken one. No one came to clean the room during our two-day stay. The only good thing was the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room didn't match the photos or the description. It was at least 10-15 square meters smaller than advertised. The pictures were clearly for a suite, so you end up with a shabby room that's much smaller. The hotel will just blame the booking platform and claim they're not responsible! I had to switch to a cheaper room category (because it was simply better), but they refused to refund the price difference!
