Превосходный отель, в трех минутах от Ворот в Индию, в пешей доступности от всех знаменитых достопримечательностей.
Нам достался отличный чистый номер на втором этаже, небольшой, со всеми удобствами. В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек.
Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям!
Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️

Персонал отличный. Все наши вопросы были оперативно решены. Номера и завтраки очень достойные для 3*. Особенно отмечу удобное месторасположение относительно основных достопримечательностей.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Suba Palace in Mumbai. Everything was perfect—from the incredibly courteous and helpful staff to the unbeatable location near key city attractions. The hotel offered great convenience, with smooth check-in, clean rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mumbai—I’ll definitely be back!

Delightful staff. Even although we arrived at 5 am they were all very helpful and we even had a slice of cake in our room. They happily agreed to change our money for smaller notes. We also had a fabulous massage which I highly recommend. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not a very good view out of our window but very close to the Gateway of India which was lovely and easy access for the town centre.

Very good location, the attention for the personal alway kind and helping. Good food and good rest! Waking around is the best thing to do! Service’s very near coffee and shop, all day and night very secure———————————————————-:)—————————

It is in Colaba near the shopping area. It is located in a noise free area with a number of eating out places at walking distance. Clean with active housekeeping and room service. Very cooperative staff. I cannot forget the variety during breakfast although the dining area is small. Easy access to public transport. Highly recommended for family.

Amazing 5 star service from all staff, friendly helpful! Excellent location! Stayed with my family (2 young kids) and we were well accommodated. Meals are restaurant was great too! Will definitely stay here again! And the welcome complimentary cake was delicious.
