Awesome stay , very good service , front office Mansur was super helpful, just that the outside food is not allowed, rest all is a great property, the rooms are clean and nice , the breakfast is also good and in-house food is also good, biryani was lovely

We stayed in Goldfinch hotel in Mumbai for just two nights. The start was not great. You have to be in a suit to be served so check in took us some time. Then our friend entered his room to find someone on the toilet - yes, the room was already allocated!!! When we went to reception they just did not care, even with the angry *** complaining someone went in his room. No apologies or anything. Clearly the manager is not managing staff. This is the worst attitude I have ever seen in any hotel. Supplies in the room also poor, every other hotel we stayed in had slippers, plenty of water and hot beverages - not here so I cannot understand the rating is so high. Probably another worse point - the swimming pool is not open or in operation which is not mentioned so the day we wanted to relax - was not an option. This should have been mentioned. Overall, poor experience.

Dinner is excellent and food was too good .....room also neat and clean comfortable like home... service also superb...by fnb staff bindhya and viswas ... We really enjoy it .... thank you for everything............. Goldfinch hotel......

Good hospitality and good food in banjara restaurants.. Room is so comfortable and well net and clean and service is excellent and awesome by fnb staff bindhya. Sovan. Viswas and jayendra.. They really support me in everything..and thank to banjara staff for everything..

I want to do some b’day decoration in room….so housekeeping manager mr.vithhal did it so well….he is very supportive….very good work…excellent work by him & his team…i had great experiance…i m very satisfy from the way he did decorated the room…thank you so much….

Goldfinch hotel Hotel is lauded for its prime location, and its vibrant atmosphere, complete with a lively lobby and social events. Travelers appreciate the value for money, thanks to its affordability and satisfactory specially I would like mention one name Mr Mansoor from front desk he is just amazing the way he talk it’s too lovely n he’s so funny so sweet also dipsshika from same front desk she’s so sweet n helpful specially they made may anniversary

Had an experience with goldfinch hotel it was a great stay room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was also very helpful specially I would like to mention front desk staff miss dipshikha and mansoor. And the food was also good which was served at Banjara restaurant. Thank you for ur great service
