The property is old and that you feel when you enter the room. They have 2 wings, 1 is old and the 2nd is new. The new is fitted with better furnished as compared to the old ones. The location is very good, they are a complete non smoking property but they don't even allow smoking products to be carried within the property even if you won't smoke.

Good for a stopover at Mumbai airport, cheaper than the 'well-known' hotels. Nice rooftop pool with a restaurant and bar. Beautiful room and bathroom. The only drawback: the fridge couldn't get colder than 18 degrees Celsius 🙄

The hotel is conveniently located close to Terminal 1. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was not free.

Breakfast is good Hotel looks old, but overall is ok We ask hotel to arrange the pick up in advance but still have to wait around 30 mins, not sure what went wrong.

Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

It's not a 5 star hotel just a four star maintaining its old legacy. It's too old , AC doesn't work cooling very low,most of the time room is hot, no fridge in room, food served in the room cold and uncooked. Room size is too small as compared to five star hotel. Services in dining too is very poor, we ordered for tea, coffee and cold coffee for guests it took 45 minutes to serve that too cold tea and coffee it created very bad impression. I asked them to bill it to my room they refused told it's against our policy and you have to pay it here itself, that means you don't have trust in your guest ( never seen like this in any 5 star hotels). As far as cleaning they don't come and clean on regular basis or change towels you have to call them two or three times then only staff comes. Basically it has a good ambience but it is not a 5 star hotel. I visited this place nearly after 15 years, they have degraded rather than improvement. To keep up the reputation management and staff will have to work very hard.

As we were supposed to catch flight from T2 terminal,the location of the hotel was convenient. The ambience was enriching.

The hotel location is good near to airport but the property itself is very old and has a old kind of vibe to it with dim lightings plus few amenities they offer are actually old torn off or broken, for me it was the kettle, However the staff is good and polite, would still rate over good score

All time best food at midnight and all services excellent

Outstanding hotel for the price services amazing great wifi and tv channels Room spotless and staff went the extra mile. My flight was changed and delayed the let me keep the room till 3pm such hospitable staff. Roof pool and bars had amazing view

WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

Fun roof top.. But very aging hotel. Staff very friendly. Thats a big plus.
