Positive: Entry very nice and lovely designed. Reception premature and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Negative: In the bathroom there were no washing pads, at demand (we have no). I didn't find the hairdryer also had to ask. This was not in the bathroom but in a box there in a shovel and there in a brudle. Who does that? Breakfast, there were lack of serviettes and glasses on the tables. The sauce products did not make us hungry because it looked like this product was there for a few hours. Eggs for omelet and egg mixture for crepes were open in a box without coating, very unappetite. The swabs for musli, fruits, etc. were above the food. You had to stretch over the food to get there. But where I thought I fell from faith was when a employee who was no longer so fresh beacon (it was previously sitting there people) was not removed but was touched forward with bare hands and re-oriented. The best of the tables were wiped with a spine with this spine was wiped the seat surface also and then the tables were wiped again. I thought that food remains in my neck. We're sure we won't go there anymore. Schde, for a great hotel.

it was an OK stay. Room and amenties were fine, nice and clean despite so much of rush. off point : a little far from railway station, there is single bus that leaves from front of hotel to Munich east station (bus no. 190) frequency around 20 minutes +/-. no departmental store nearby, otherwise nice and pleasent stay . No complaints. About service I understand the high peak season had been there, check in could have been more smoother otherwise everyone is doing hard work in keeping up to the mark.

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

Family stay in 2 rooms. Rooms are clean. Roadside a little more noisy than back side. Beds are good, pillows terrible (like an air cushion).luckily we brought our own pillows. Bathrooms clean, slightly outdated. Breakfast is good. Broad variety from English breakfast(scrambled eggs or boiled) with bacon and sausages. Some vergy options (falafal for instance). Fruits and yoghurts. Reception at arrival was not super. When we called for a reservation we were told there was no room, online we could book 2 rooms without a problem for the same night. Next morning an existing booking and the new one were combined for us such that we could stay in the same room. For 15 euro you have a public transport all day ticket for bus, u+'sbahn for 2-5 people, you can take the bus close to the hotel or walk 1300 meters to s-bahn or u-bahn. Overal, nice place to stay.. But bring your own pillow 😊
