Hygiene: quite clean
Environment: Very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere
Service: The waiters can all speak English and have a good attitude
Facilities: Very good. The twin room has a small sofa, a rack for hanging clothes, and two bedside tables.

It was a nightmare, that place should be close. The first day the toilet was broken, they moved me the room next door, the second day didn’t have service water until 4:00 pm, the bathroom was moldy, the 3rd day start fixing the bathroom next door around 8:00 am with a lot noise, the 4th day the same, that place is depressing. The worst hotel I have been so far. Do not book this place

The Hotel cancelled my reservation and refused to refund the cost and instead rebooked me into a different Hotel against my will.
Cancelling is not good but not to be allowed to make a different choice of Hotel is not acceptable.

Location is key. This is a basic and small room but very close to downtown and a large train intersection. The parking is very very steep and best with small cars. Lovely staff and good price.

Excellent deal for the price. It was a nice clean room in a good location for a reasonable price. The room was small, but we only wanted to pay for what we needed. We recommend and will likely return.

Checking in is OK. Like many small hotels in Germany, there is no room service unless daily room cleaning is requested. Bath room is small and shower head is not working properly.
Good point is the location, it is near a nice bakery for morning breakfast and is near the center where great food is easily accessible.

The main positives are that the hotel has a good location, which is close to public transport.
However, this hotel badly needs refurbishment. The toilets are disgusting and outdated. The en-suite bathroom needs retiling, however as it has a walk in shower it becomes so slippery it’s dangerous. The room’s curtains were like a thick blanket held up by one screw. The hotel room was so hot that you can’t shut the window day or night, which means it’s very noisy.
We would not recommend this hotel.
