The room was spacious and the surroundings were quiet. However, there were children from an adjacent room running in the hallway, which was quite noisy and disturbed other guests' rest. The breakfast had a good variety.

Hotel is near convention centre but not city centre so some walking/train taking is required if u are visiting as tourists. Good amenities including spa and sauna rooms. Cleanliness can definitely be improved. The kettle in the room is dirty and we tried washing it to no avail. Bathroom door cannot be closed and staff told us it is the "default"

I always stay here for business trips. It's only 500 meters from the subway, and the exhibition center is right across the street. The breakfast selection is quite diverse, and the rooms are spacious. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and they even have a Chinese restaurant on-site.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location, very close to the subway. Perfect for business trips as it's near the exhibition hall. The facilities are new and the environment is great, making it easy to get around. The service was also on point. Highly recommend!

Very practical and good rooms. Very close to public transport and good space for easy drop off and pick up. Excellent breakfast. Overall nothing to complain about and all expectations met.

We got a good hotel for relatively cheap price

We booked connecting rooms, which was very convenient. The air conditioning was also strong. Aside from the dirty carpet, everything else was okay. However, the service was poor.

Nice hotel and very clean, friendly staff. Nearby convention center and shopping malls. You can park on the street at the back of the hotel.

The hotel is on the east side of Munich and there is a shopping Center and an U-bahn (metro) nearby (almost 7-8 minutes walking distance). The rooms were relatively well equipped with a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a small fridge but it was a small-size room compared to other hotels in this range. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and you can order fresh omelette if you wish. But the coffee could be better. The room was clean but they only clean the rooms upon your request (no every day room cleaning). Otherwise, room cleaning happens only every 3 days.

Pros: Great location—10-min walk to the train station and a big mall. Clean, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee machine. Checkout was quick and easy. Cons: Check-in was slow—arrived at 1:45pm but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Understaffed front desk with long queues. Only one complimentary water bottle for 2 nights, fridge wasn't plugged in, and pillows were too flat. No phone directory to call reception, which was frustrating. Breakfast costs €21 and includes omelet station. Verdict: Decent for business if you're patient, but don't expect 4-star service.

We loved it! Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. They provided food and a bed for my furbaby.

The staff's English isn't great, and they were quite cold. The amenities are basic. On the plus side, the room is spacious and the location is good.
