I stayed here during a business trip. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the exhibition center, and there's a large mall nearby with plenty of dining options. However, the hotel itself is quite old and the facilities are outdated. Plus, they don't offer any room service, which makes it terrible value for money. If the price were lower during exhibition periods, it would be an acceptable option overall.

This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

Stayed for two nights, and surprisingly, no one cleaned the room. However, there's a kettle in the room, which is a nice touch! The location is indeed excellent if you're in Munich for an exhibition.

Really good hotel but had to pay €20 for 1 night parking, ridiculous! Breakfast options are crap, not worth the money.

The location is a bit far from the center, but that doesn't matter because there is a mall nearby, so it's easy to get food and everything.
