Around 40min by underground to city centre. But, at least close to an underground station. The station is unmanned so you'll have to use the machine to get tickets. The breakfast has many choices in terms of bread and a reasonable selection of hot foods also. The tea was quite good. Although all the food was delicious, it was occasionally hard to tell what in particular the food was called or named due to the placing of the labels. The room seemed Spartan but comfortable. It seemed to make a very good use out of indirect lighting.

I stayed at this hotel for a week, and overall, the management was extremely disorganized. Their system seemed to have no proper guest records — every time I tried to communicate with them, they could not locate my booking information. The most unacceptable incident happened on my first night: after I had already gone to bed, a female staff member suddenly opened my room door to “check” my stay status. I still don’t understand why they couldn’t simply call my room or at the very least knock before entering. Throughout my stay, the room key card failed to open the door on two or three separate days, which was very frustrating. The in-room facilities were also disappointing: the fridge didn’t work, the floor lamp was broken, and even after the maintenance staff came, nothing was fixed and nobody followed up afterward. The air conditioning didn’t function at all, making it unbearably hot at night. Housekeeping was only available if requested one day in advance. When they did come, they neither replaced the drinking water nor cleared the trash, leaving me wondering what cleaning had actually been done. After that experience, I decided not to let them enter again. Despite all these problems, the hotel was still busy every day, with large tour groups checking in one after another. The breakfast restaurant was already crowded with long lines from as early as 6:30 a.m.

It’s a little walk from the station, rooms are clean , but towels need to replace new ones, it’s a bit old

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, but I didn’t like the pillows. Otherwise, it is a great hotel for one night.

There is no AC in the room. We had a triable, very noisy, old broken fan. When asked to change it, they said there are no replacements, sad as it was very very hot in the room

Generally nice place but there should be coffee, tea, hot or normal water on rooms because sometimes we just want to drink hot drink in room. Also Luftung/AC would be good

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The only one hotel provided the disposable slippers and toothbrush in Germany I ever lived. Nearby the Siemens blocks. Very good and warming Christmas vibe.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

There are no Air Conditioning.

After reading a lot of bad reviews we weren’t expecting much from the hotel, but it had everything needed for our stay. Clean spacious rooms, only a 15 minute underground ride from the middle of Munich

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

The hotel is not very close to the center of town, but is about 5 minutes walk from the metro station so it's not so bad. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The room was pretty simple but comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it gets quite warm. The shower cannot be closed by a separate door, so some water splashes out of it. There is a safe, a refrigerator and a water kettle with tea bags and coffee. The breakfast was good but there were very little fresh fruit and vegetables. There were many types of bread.
