A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my son. The hotel itself is very good. There are 3 elevators, a restaurant, a large breakfast room, fitness area and a pool. We enjoyed visiting the pool and had it to ourselves for an hour. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room and in the restaurant are super friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and it was delicious too. The selection of dishes in the restaurant was not enough for me, but there was a children's menu and the food tasted very good. The portions are huge. The pool area is of course great.
Everything was good except the location didn't have much to offer and the other guests were a bit strange. Some sat on the ground outside next to the hotel and drank alcohol. A child ran after my son angrily to drive him away from the hotel and children playing there. We then stayed in our room for the rest of the evening.
Otherwise the room was nice, not so modern but clean, the bed nice and soft and quiet. I really liked the play corner next to the restaurant. I've never seen anything like that in a hotel, but I think it's great.

Hotel is very clean, organised and functional. It is accessible to underground and S ban Train links. We stayed for 2 nights. The decor and the technology is dated, it has a chunky key entry to rooms and the TV is small and has no internet access or link for Bluetooth devices. Prices in the bar / restaurant are similar to city centre luxury bar / restaurants, expensive. Water was an issue for us. Small bottles of water were provided in the room, but they were not replenished. When we requested water from reception we were sent to the bar. The bar person was very unwilling to help us. So much so we dared not ask again. One morning we went for water to the breakfast room, while filling my reusable bottle, I was actually told off by one of the staff! I think he was actually the manager. I didn’t have the language to reply. I won’t be going back.

Staid here for a couple of nights while going to Munich Messe for a fair. It is very close to it which is a bomus and it is in a very quiet suburban area. Service was good at hotel, efficient and quick. There is also free parking on the premises. Breakfast is standard German, so acceptable but nothing special. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as spacious, however very old school with bathroom needing some immediate rennovation. Average for usual German hotels. Price was high but that was due to fair.

Big hotel with a main building and two separate buildings. When it is full - receptionists are rude and complaining about too many guests; you cannot get into the wellness facility (which is in one of the side buildings and guests not placed there should ask for key to get in:); you can't get place in the restaurant in the evening; wifi is not working; no air condition, fridge or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is very bad quality.
