The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite, friendly, and accommodating my stay was very enjoyable. They had washing machines and dryers on the premises.
I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The location is about 20 mins walk to town, the parking require 15 euro, and the parking space is opposite the hotel and require some skill to park. Do remember to get the chop on the parking coupon from the hotel before exiting the carpark. Room was clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is near the road so it is quite noisy when the cars passed by. And it seem that the road got car throughout the night too.

The hotel had a great location (only a couple of blocks from the main train station (HauptBahnhof). It was easy to check in and out and the receptionists were attentive and helpful. The room was very clean with a small kitchenette which meant that we could do our own breakfasts (15€ per head for breakfast seemed a little pricey). The bathroom was a little on the small side. The room was pretty basic and the decor needed refreshing. Our room smelled a little musty. The room was also very warm. The room was good value and the location was ideal.

The location was perfect, just a block from central train station. Our room was clean, simple and adequate. The hotel is older and the lobby and hallways are rather institutional looking, and need some fresh paint and flooring, but the room had been updated with both. The price was reasonable for Munich, especially given that Octoberfest was going on. Skip the breakfast however, it costs extra and was not good. There’s a nice bakery nearby with good coffee and treats.

Clean and well organized hotel. Not exactly very personal style, but very functional. Great breakfast. Good location with downtown Munich not too far away. Easy to walk. Would easily return if visiting Munich again.

Very bad experience
30 euros more each night for a second person in the room
No upgrade of the room as planned whith the fidelity ********** program
Poor shower like in 1960´s
That’s not a room hotel but à Appart hotel room whith a small kitchen
Was supposed to get a « bottle » of alcohol free (member ********** GOLD ACCESS »
After 3 times asking in 2 days …..
Got a 5cl bottle 😳😳
Will never come back in this place
