Good location, near train and metro. Reasonable breakfast and enclosed parking available

The hotel is conveniently located near Harras station. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is excellent! Highly recommended!

Very good and extensive breakfast. Room was a bit old-fashioned and mediocre, with a very small bathroom. Otherwise, I would happily stay again.

The whole hotel is very old, and the facilities cannot be more ancient. The room is very small, and the bathroom is only a small area. The only thing that I think is okay is the breakfast, but it is only cold and cold things, and the price/performance ratio is average to low.

Small rooms, even the "Superior Room" that I have. My fried had a regular room and it had a tiny bed against the wall, same as mine but way smaller. Other bad things, no AC, fridge not working, the hotel restaurant is an Indian Tandoori restaurant, the smell of curry in the lobby is beyond acceptance in the evening. Not everybody is a fan of Indian food, keep it simple and Bavarian, we're in Germany! The breakfast was a little disappointing as well. It opens at 6:30 and by 7:30 when we were there the food, eggs, sausages and bacon were awful cold. Tomatoes, some, were stale and spoiled too. The food just didn't have a fresh look and feeling. The hotel is far from centre but close enough to the public transportation. The only good thing is the ample parking on premises and good staff at the front desk. My and my friend were there for two days for Euro 2024 but we should have picked something better.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September: very helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us, great hotel, well located close to the metro station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again!

I am not satisfied with this service, the rooms were not cleaned and I found the bedsheets dirty and even if the towels are not on the floor they should clean them. The kitchen so and so

I was not very happy with this hotel. The room was decent but the cleaning was terrible, the sheets of my bed were dirty and they didn't change the towels. The food was not bad but it was not good

For a short family trip in the middle of winter we were satisfied with the hotel, clean, quiet room, excellent breakfast and everything you need. The Harras S-Bahn stop is just 5 minutes away on foot, the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the girl in the breakfast room. We'll be back for sure! Das Hotel ist sehr süß. Es ist alt aber das hat ein ganz eigenen Charm. (Nicht für jeden etwas, grade der enge Aufzug). Aber Beschweren können wir uns nicht. Die Betten waren sauber so wie der Rest des ganzen Zimmers. Alles funktioniert super Leicht via Zimmerkarte und Check in verlief in Sekunden, Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Frühstück war sehr Lecker und top Frisch. Den restlichen Service kann ich nicht bewerten da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Es gibt Parkplätze und das Hotel ist mit Bahn und Bus einfach zu erreichen. Super Erfahrung gemacht alles Top.
