Very close to Marienplatz, within walking distance, with plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is convenient, the hotel facilities are complete, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. It's perfect for activities in central Munich.

The room was relatively spacious. This hotel is only a few hundred meters from the train station, so I booked it to catch an early train the next day. There were quite a few homeless people around at night, which felt a bit unsafe, but otherwise, everything was fine.

The front desk was often unstaffed; I had to wait over an hour to find someone to check me in. The street-facing room had terrible soundproofing; I could hear street noise, car horns, and people talking below. The curtains also didn't fully cover the window, letting light seep through. While the area felt safe during the day, after sunset, many homeless people appeared on the streets, which was unsettling. The only positive was that the room was clean and it was close to Lidl supermarket and the central train station, which was convenient. However, I won't be staying here again.
