It's more like a homestay than a hotel. There is no room service and you have to go downstairs to get it yourself, including quilts and pillows. People with inconvenience in legs and feet should not order. When I called to ask for pillows and paper, they were reluctant to give them! There is not even basic hotel cleaning. The room is damp and dark, and there is no sound insulation at all. Any sound in the corridor at night will be amplified. The sound of people walking is even louder because of the carpet on the corridor. When checking out, they also said that they would charge a cleaning fee of 100 euros because the room was too dirty. We did not damage any equipment in the hotel at all, and cleaning should be the hotel's task! This is the experience of a night at the Oktoberfest for 1500 yuan. It's so disappointing!

This is my second time staying here. The last time was 6 years ago. The location is about 20 minutes' drive from the city center. Next door to the hotel is a student apartment with a small kitchen and kitchenware for simple cooking. There are Aldi and APZ supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a Chinese restaurant The room has a balcony. The only drawback is that it is close to the road and is a bit noisy. There is also a paid laundry room, which costs 3 euros for washing clothes and 2.50 euros for drying clothes.
