Munich Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt 3-star Hotels

Super centrally located. Just 5 Min from the train tracks. The hotel is clean, reception is friendly and explains everything well in good English. Room was very large for a city center hotel.

The room is OK, not too small, but the water quality is poor. There is not much sediment when using a kettle to boil water in France and Paris. It is within walking distance of the city center, and the waiter's attitude is also very good. The breakfast is OK, just right, with ham, yogurt, bread and cheese. The pedestrian street is during Christmas, and the atmosphere is very good

Great, I liked everything. The location is excellent, in the so-called Arab Quarter. There are a lot of cafes, next to the station, and the main attractions are a 15-minute walk away. The room has everything you need, tea, coffee, minibar. The room is spacious, clean, Breakfast is included in the stay, very filling, a variety of cheeses, sausages, sausages, omelettes, yoghurts, fruits, etc. Overall I liked everything.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. It’s right in the centre of town a few minutes walk to the main train station. Check-in was easy and breeze at the staff were excellent. The room was very well maintained with a bottle of water and tea and coffee facilities. Water was hot in the shower and the Aircon was working throughout my time there. If the only negative was the Wi-Fi which wasn’t the strongest so I use the free Wi-Fi from the Hotel next door.

The location was nice, but way too loud from street noise. Normally I am fine with outside noise, but people were screaming at each other as if someone had died. Eventually shutting all the windows fixed this issue. I am just glad the room was cool enough to do this. The refrigerator in the room was a nice feature, BUT is not keep anything cool, so we had to through out our food. Lastly the wi-fi was the worst ever. I asked the staff to reset the router twice, but I never able to have internet longer than 30 seconds before being kicked out. I literally tried over 30 times, but eventually gave up.

The room was very clean and tidy. There was a European Cup match when we went there, but there were still very few people nearby. The hotel was relatively quiet, but the bed was a bit small, about 0.8 meters wide. The hotel has its own parking space, which costs 15 euros a day. You can walk to Marseille Lia Square takes about 20 minutes

The room was very comfortable, the mattress and pillows were very soft, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the bar counter provided hot water. The location was very convenient, there was a subway station right outside, and three stops to Maria Square, there was a large supermarket nearby, and there was a large garden where you could have breakfast, drink tea and rest.

Knew it was small, but think small and subtract 10 square meters. Hong Kong small. Stupid small. Can’t fathom more than one person in this room as you can’t even get out of your own way. Coffee maker was cool. Ditto the pretzels in the morning but when they put the hardened and inedible day-olds out later it comes off more as an insult. 3pm check in is also something you’ll likely need to account for. Staff guy seemed personally offended that I showed up any earlier than I did, but the lady later on was friendly enough. Location is convenient to Marienplatz. All in all, not bad. But if I find myself traveling through Munich again I’ll no doubt be looking elsewhere.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Präsident Superior. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Munich Central Station and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and functional, though not very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at check-in. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, though the breakfast area can get a bit crowded. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for a convenient, affordable hotel in central Munich. Great value for the location!

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants that open till late hours. Steps away from the hop on bus start point, if you are in Munchen for a short visit. Right next to the train station, local and international trains. Shopping area right across the road. Perfect for a short or long visit. Receptionists are what you look for, friendly and helpful. Very much recommend.
