Hotel very proper. The room was quite dust. For the second day we had no! Towels more because it probably didn't exist. Why the others who were hanging on the towels then are taken away is not clear to me. The Lord at the reception made an uninterested impression when we complained, he gave us 4 small guest towels .... The room doors and doors in the hall have automatic closet, It is practically but also quite noisy when they fall into the castle. This is why they are more often wake up. Conclude: Not again.

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. She walked away with a helpless shrug. Soon, however, a more experienced lady appeared (older than the trainee, short dark hair, glas

I was with my son for a night in this hotel. The hotel itself is very good. There are 3 lifts, a restaurant, a large breakfast room, fitness area and a pool. We were happy to visit the pool and had it for one hour for us alone. The staff is super friendly and helpful at the reception, in the breakfast room and in the restaurant. Great choice for breakfast and delicious it was also. The choice of food in the restaurant was too little for me, there was a baby food card for it and the food tasted us very well. The portions are huge. Pool area is of course super. All was good except the location had not much to offer and the other guests were a little strange. Some were sitting outside next to the hotel on the floor and drinking alcohol. A child ran angryly behind my son to drive him out of the hotel and the children playing there. We stayed the rest of the evening in our room. Otherwise the room was beautiful, though not so modern but clean for it, the bed was beautifully soft and quiet. Super I found the playground next to the restaurant. That's something I never saw in a hotel, but find it super. Thanks to the staff and the room girls, you do a very good job.
Mloft Apartments Muenchen

Pros: 1) Helpful staff. they helped us in easy checkin and guidance on location. 2) Clean rooms and bathroom. The cleaning is done everyday with alternative day towel replacement Cons: 1) Missing basic amenities: We stayed for 4 days but they gave us 2 dishwashing tablet and asked to buy more from superstore. Not sure if they are aware that superstore doesnt sell loose tablets and we wont buy 30 tablets for 2 days. No coffee, sugar, salts etc and the apartment was completely empty. We had to buy all in 1 kg packets and waste it for 4 days stay 2) Far location: Its in a very far location from city centre and nearest underground is 15 mins walk. Munich being very well connected with local transport you will find better places to live at similar price
