Absolutely loved my stay here 🧡🩷❤️ the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability 🌳🌿💚 The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

The room is bit dark, buffet breakfast is good but if you go there 9:00 onwards , they don’t refill foods

Stayed again after 2–3 years and noticed some signs of aging in the rooms and facilities, suggesting it’s due for a refresh. However, the overall experience remains positive. Breakfast is still consistently good with a decent variety. The location is a major plus—very convenient and just a short walk to Festival Mall. Still a solid option for business or leisure, though some updates would enhance the stay.

I do not recommend this hotel.
We arrived 3pm, we had to wait more than 2 hours for check in. The receptionist obviously repeated the same sentence again and again.
we were told to be able to check out later our last day, without surprise at the exact time they called my mom to check out and pushed her out, for that alone I can't recommend this hotel.
When we checked in we saw a pilot, a business man, a family, a couple that were check in AFTER us having their room while we waited. When inquired we were told it's because they didn't had the same room type, i call ********.
The room doesn't have water. The room doesn't have bath. The room doesn't have shaver.
The room is clean, that's it.

Always a great experience here at Crimson! Every Wanderland event becomes comfortable because of this hotel, they also have an amazing food selection! Worth it!

The bidet in the restroom is broken and the floor is watery which caused my daughter slipped and broke her elbow.

GOOD:
1. Buffet breakfast was wide and varied. Appreciated that they anticipated the Valentine's volume of guests having breakfast and had addl seating and food set up in the lobby area outside Cafe 8.
2. Water refilling machine by the elevator lobby prevented used plastic bottle wastage. Good green initiative.
3. Room was still the same... Comfortable but getting old. No electric outlet on the right side of the bed?
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. Considering their check in is at 3pm vs other hotel's 2pm...we only got the sms that our room was available at 4.05pm. Then we had to queue at the check-in counter which only had 2 people! Two! It is Valentine's day and you know you have full house situation... We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our room key. Total 1.5hrs wasted before getting into our room.
We then asked if we could ask for 30min extra late checkout on top of their 11am check out versus 12noon hotel standard. FLAT NO was the answer.
We have mixed feelings about our latest stay in Crimson Filinvest thus the 3 out of 5 star rating for their service.

My recent stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues:
Hallway: The corridor leading to our room had a strong, unpleasant odor and felt worn and outdated.
Room: Upon entering, I noticed both dirt and an odor inside the room, which made the experience uncomfortable.
Pillow: The pillow provided was uncomfortable and did not meet basic comfort standards.
Towel: The towels were old and emitted a slight smell, indicating they may not be properly cleaned or replaced frequently enough.
Overall Impression: It appears there may be challenges with hotel management, particularly in upholding cleanliness and maintaining facilities.
Recommendations:
Replace or thoroughly clean carpets in common areas and rooms to remove stains and odors.
Ensure linens and towels are replaced regularly and laundered properly.
Invest in updated, comfortable pillows.
Improve overall room maintenance and deep-cleaning routines to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

The sheet cover are too old. The room is small. Kuripot sa sabon toothpaste samantala 2 nights kami don. Sa pagkain masarap sobra. I wont recomend the hotel. Pero mgnda location. Isa pang ayaw ko pool nasa lobby hahha kloka.

Great place to stay, nice big mall just opposite. Rooms could be newer but is always clean and staff members are friendly. Front office could be more efficient but ir good overall.
