As comfortable as our previous stay. Strategic location for us as we can access to malls and foods. Kids love the swimming pool too.

We've been staying in Quest (Crimson) every time there's an occasion but this is the first time we had some concerns.
First, 1 out of 4 rooms we booked became available around 5pm. It was a hassle because 5 people were stuck in a room waiting for the availability, we wanted to rest but we couldn't because there was only 1 bed.
Second, there are guests who play roughly in the pool and the life guards will just look at them. There are occasional whistles they do but it didn't work. A lot of kids just opt to swim in the adult part because the other guests were uncontrollable.
Third, towels and bathrobes took hours before being delivered. One of our family members even slipped in the bathroom because there are no floor mats available after calling them numerous times.

Same comfort and service before it changed it's name. Except for the buffet breakfast, I expected more. Received welcome dessert upon check in. I just have no clue why " congratulations" . Never made note that I'm attending an event. Sweet gesture.

I stayed at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila for one night. I previously stayed here when it was Crimson Hotel, so I chose it again for familiarity. I arrived early, and security was very helpful with my luggage, making check-in smooth. The staff at the front desk were polite and professional, and the self check-in kiosk was easy to use with their guidance.
When our key cards didn’t work, a bellman named Josh quickly ran downstairs and fixed them. He was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is elegant, and the location is excellent right across from Festival Mall with a 7-Eleven just outside.
The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated with worn furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety and wasn’t crowded if you come early. Overall, Quest Plus is a convenient and reliable option in Alabang, with friendly staff, a great location, and a solid breakfast.

The first room I checked in was flooded , second room seems a family who take care of disable member stayed in and finally I got into my third room
The hotel is not new , in fact many things are quite old
Front desk honestly not very friendly but I love the restaurant staff at night take care of dinner , breakfast there is a lady quite rude

This was my first time staying at Quest Plus Hotel (formerly Crimson Hotel), and I was genuinely impressed. I booked a room for a business conference just five minutes away, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s incredibly accessible—just a quick 2-minute walk to the mall and close to everything you might need.
The entire hotel is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made my stay even better. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat after a long day. The amenities were also amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations.
For the quality and experience, the price is surprisingly affordable. I’m already planning to come back for Christmas, New Year, and any future business trips in the area. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Older hotels usually have larger rooms but this one is small. Had a king bed but the room isn’t large enough for two side tables.
Also no master switch. You have to go to each lamp to turn them on/off. And there is no main light in the bedroom itself. It’s so dark in the room at night.
Bathrobes are so thin. Towels feel cheap. Toilet paper is 2-ply cheap quality.
The bathroom feels like something I’d see in a 2-star hotel. Even the toilet seat feels cheap.
I stayed on the 24th floor and I could still hear the noise from the ground.
There are no bottled waters. They provide a carafe and you have to look for the water dispensers outside your room to refill.
Their check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. They have a safety box inside the wardrobe.
The front desk staff are pleasant so just know this review is for the hotel itself. That said, the doormen aren’t helping guests in/out of vehicles.
Honestly, I wish I just booked a cheaper boutique hotel nearby. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels that are worth the money. This one isn’t it.

My 2nd night stay here, I extended from the 1st night because I had such a nice stay the previous night. The room was really cozy and clean and plenty of room for your bags and to move around. Bed was so comfortable, The staff are all lovely in manner and professionalism.
I won't hesitate to stay here again !

If you stay on the roadside, you'll hear motorcycles all night long. So I moved to a room on the opposite side, but then I was woken up at 1 AM the next day. There was a constant hammering sound, and that's what woke me up. I finally called the front desk, and the hammering stopped. After that, I had trouble falling back asleep and didn't get much rest.
