"The hotel boasts a prime location, right next to the ski resort ticket office. Beautiful snow views are available from the rooms, and the heating is excellent. However, housekeeping staff couldn't replenish tea bags and water; you had to ask. The outdoor pool was a unique feature, but unfortunately, it was closed for both nights I stayed. Parking costs 1000 dinars per day. The food was decent; it would have been even better if soft drinks were provided at dinner."

"Because Ctrip's suggestion of a three-star hotel in Pech didn't offer a four-star rating, I was a bit nervous when booking. Upon arrival, I discovered my room was a suite. It was spacious and bright, with clean and comfortable bedding and a small balcony. Breakfast was a la carte, not a buffet, and since it was cooked to order, it was delicious. The service at the front desk and restaurant was excellent. Kosovo Pech truly exceeded our expectations. The people we met were friendly, and the scenery was truly soothing. The glass door in the bathroom was a little leaky, but this doesn't detract from my five-star rating."

"Try to avoid this hotel . Small rooms and miniature bathrooms . No balcony . Impossible connection to internet and only limited number of Tv channels available.If you want to go to the spa you must pass reception area and hotel lobby in your slippers and bath coat. Terrible noise made by some teenagers made our stay impossible . Could not sleep at all . We complained but nobody wanted to solve the problem with noise . Dining room was crowded and we had to dine with ten other guests at same table . Spa is too small for the size of the hotel . Position of the hotel is the only positve thing I can think of . NEVER AGAIN."

Also exceptional remarks for the breakfast, love them ! The hotel isn’t far away from the city landmarks, probably just less than 15 minutes walk. The hotel looks like a little garden in the middle of the town. Definitely make me feel wanted to visit Kosovo again."
