We had booked a large room with twin beds. That is not what we were given which was a small room with no beds, just futons laid out later in the evening. As we are cyclists we had a lot of bags and once in the room we could not contemplate going to reception and moving rooms. It is not right that you don't get the room you have clearly booked.

This is the best hotel, with all rooms having an ocean view, and if the weather is good you can see a spectacular sunset! The open-air bath where you can enjoy the view of the ocean is also amazing!

It's a beautiful room, facing the endless Sea of Japan. The fat waiter at the front desk who checked in the day before was very kind and helped us take our luggage to the room.
