Kurhaus Goten

I visited in January, so I was worried about snow, but luckily it was a weekend when the snow had melted, so I was able to go by rental car with peace of mind 🚗 It might be inconvenient without a rental car. It seems to be a popular day-trip hot spring among locals, and the parking lot can get crowded, but I found a space after searching a bit! The lobby has an old-fashioned charm and is very relaxing! I forgot to take a picture, but there are two faucets at the sink. The longer faucet is for water supply, I was told. The hot spring water is quite hot, but the water quality is good, and I went in twice at night and once in the morning ♨️ The vegetables and rice at breakfast were also very delicious, and I had seconds 😋 I want to go again!

算是有點歷史的溫泉飯店，離銀山溫泉開車約30分鐘，環境很清幽

Goten Onsen in Murayama City. I used it for a day trip. The bathing fee is 450 yen, but with the JAF discount it's 400 yen. It's a very large facility, and the indoor bath is circulated, but the open-air bath is free-flowing from the source. The water is a light tea color with fine hot spring deposits floating in the air. The round bathtub is divided into three levels, and you can enjoy the view of the Mogami River from the open-air bath.
