Nice hotel, just a bit too far out of town, esp if u need to get a train somewhere

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

Old furniture, doors, etc. all the hotel requires renovation. It is difficult to find the hotel location. 20 min walking to central square of Murcia. Receptionist works perfectly, 24/7. Very polite reception and really helpful.

Very basic hotel. It's true they have a pillow menu, but the facilities and buffet are very basic.

The hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small refrigerator and bottled water. The front desk staff speaks English and is very welcoming. I would definitely come back next time.
