First of all, I would mention the exceptional quality of the services: the cleanliness, the extraordinary food: gourmet - in the true sense of taste and freshness, very kind and friendly staff and a service concept as close as possible to the client's wishes. We were nine people (family and friends) and we will definitely return to this hotel!

Room: big, nice design, cleaned every day, safety deposit box, mini bar, no balcony Bathroom: nice design, free toiletries Spa: in fact, it is a mini spa (jacuzzi, 2 saunas, literally 2 chairs and 3 sunbeds on the terrace. The sunbeds are usable only in horizontal pozition) Common areas: spotless Breakfast: normal continental one; nice terrace at the restaurant Parking: outside there is free parking but it can get crowded (especially if there is any party organised); undergroud parking - 50 lei per day.

The hotel has a very modern sterile feel. We had an executive room with a bathtub in the middle which would have been fine except the water pressure was so poor that by the time you could get enough water in the tub to sit in it was luke warm at best. The rooms have a minimalist feel. They are decorated/painted black and white. No décor on the walls which some may like but we found a bit harsh. Be careful where you set your cell phone if it is black as it will blend in with the surface you set it on. The curtains were very light and provided privacy but no light blocking so your up with the sun if your a light sleeper. The bed was comfy and the room had adequate plugs for your devices. The restaurant had good food and a nice presentation. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. They have some parking outside that is free if open if not there is underground parking for a fee.

Remarkable, the hotel contrasts with the rest of the city. The welcome, as well as the services, are of the highest standard: the room, the restaurant, the breakfast are part of an excellent stay. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable! I highly recommend if you are passing through this beautiful city!

I stayed one night. It is very aesthetically pleasing. The welcoming and spacious rooms in a modern style. The staff very kind. If you have a car there is parking. The plentiful breakfast. Maybe there would be a little more dessert. They also have a restaurant in the building.

Максимально странный отель. - Впервые за всю мою историю путешествий по отелям нам не дали ни одной бесплатной бутылки воды. Была только одна - холодная, маленькая и платная бутылка в мини-баре. - Очень маленькое меню в рум-сервисе. - В номере нет кофемашины, кофе - растворимый. - Завтрак на три с минусом - минимальное количество еды, умещающиеся на двух небольших столах, меню нет, официанты плохо понимают английский. - Не работал замок в ванную комнату, дверь сразу же открывалась. - Очень маленькая столешница у раковины + она с щелями, вся вода протекала по ним. - Нет стаканов для зубных щеток - впервые такое вижу - Мало гелей для душа и шампуней, и даже они не поместились на супер-маленькой полке для душа. Шампунь и кондиционер объединены в один маленький флакон, для моих длинных волос этого не хватило. - Очень скользкая плитка в душе, я упала и потянула мышцу. Попросили коврик для душа, персонал сказал, что у них такого нет и выдал нам полотенце вместо него. Лол. Видимо кому-то надо свернуть шею в этом душе чтобы пятизвёздочный отель купил резиновый коврик. - Крайне неудобный стул у рабочего стола, даже стулом это назвать сложно - просто куб. - Когда я собралась написать им на бумажке все что мне нужно принести, я обнаружила, что здесь нет ни ручки, ни бумажки. В общем создалось полное впечатление, что прикрываясь дизайнерским минимализмом и экологией отель бессовестно сэкономил на всем комфорте своих клиентов.

Sono andato in questo hotel in novembre e sono rimasto scandalizzato dal servizio. La prima cosa è che nell'area fumatori sono stato rimproverato per fumarmi una CANNA quando nell'hotel era presente gente che pippava. Inoltre una sera sono rientrato in camera e mi sono ritrovato un pupazzo di Dracula sul letto a dimensioni umane, ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno detto che era per festeggiare l'anniversario di matrimonio di un dipendente che era appassionato di Dracula. Spero che questo hotel venga chiuso!!!!!!!
