"A beautiful classic hotel with spacious rooms, a beautiful, quiet location and, of course, a great wellness. The service is excellent, although it costs a drink every day. Frokost fantastic, dinner buffet was a bit against us, especially in price/quality ratio."

"Bad service. Very unhelpful No air conditioning or fan and they don't tell you in advance. So it's very tricky to sleep. They gave no solutions to the problems. I would not stay here again. It's a shame as the town is very preyyu and it's in a good location."

"We were three days guest at the hotel and very satisfied. The hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was rich, although the mirror eggs had to be paid extra. But we only eat cooked eggs. Breakfast was served in the winter garden where you are really nicely sitting. To walk you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes. The hotel is fitted with a keg track with gastronomy. So perfect for a meeting with friends or family."

"A quiet hotel to relax. When weather is bad, you can make it very comfortable in the spa. When sunlight the Müritz attracts to a walk. The restaurants in the hotel invite with delicious tastes to stay. The staff is premature and competent. We weren't the last time there."
