The hotel is amazing, There is a lot of everything for child and parent. The hotel is as described, The stuff is friendly. The time is spent very fast.The hotel is really for family.

Great experience and very service minded staff! Renting a car and driving in the mountains in the north is recommended!

I really loved it you’re entertainers are the best. And the pool was great And the sauna was awsome too but the antertainers were so cool The food was good to and the games we played were awsome and i would love to come back next year and have this all again.

Viva Blue never fails my expectations. Every year the staff is welcoming, helpful and full of life. The rooms are big and clean, and from the balcony you have a nice view. The location of the hotel is excellent and is close to stores and markets. During breakfast and dinner, the service has been top. Especially Augustin, he always helps out and stays positive. The food is amazing, and the selection is endless.

Just returned home from a weeks stay and loved our time here. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by the team and handed over to Carmen our Selection Club host who was amazing all holiday always asked how we were and if we needed anything. Highly recommend going Selection Club, having your own space on either your rooftop ( we had the rooftop jacuzzi and subbed) or pool is an amazing addition to your stay. Also the private heated pool is so so good the main pools are absolutely freezing so this pool and it not being packed is a godsend. The food is really really good, we loved the A la carte food before it was change to just the buffet we were gutted when it changed bit the selection and quality of the food was so so good so much choice. The service from the team in the restaurant is excellent massive shoutouts to Sergio and Yessica who always made us feel welcomed, and Angel on the bar on the night time absolutely brilliant and remembered my kids ordered every time the whole team are brilliant in the hotel. The Spar is a little serene spot you can just chill for an afternoon, my partner booked a massage which she said was brilliant while myself and the kids chilled in the pool and other bits in the spar such a cool addition to the hotel.We will definitely be back, wish we had booked a week later as our first couple of days we were the only family in the hotel surrounded by triathlon and iron man camps felt weird on a night time no one anywhere. We wondered where everyone went again couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore amazing staff with an amazing hotel, we will be back!
