The schloss hotel is a Beutiful property with a small number just a short walk from the centre of Knittelfeld. Rooms are modern, clean, well equipped (although we had no tea bags or coffee for the machines in the room!) and the hotel is super peaceful, a gem. The landlady is very welcoming, homely, like my Mum, you feel at home. Breakfast is in am amazing library, truly a time warp….simple. It everything you need. About 10-15 mt drive from the Red Bull ring for Motorsport fans….only minor drawback is the need to find your own evening meal (but super easy, only a 10 mt walk into town)….and this is also not a town that is especially picturesque….
